When it rains… it calls for some innovative ways to get your exercise in. I walk almost everyday. I get at least 30-40 minutes in. But when it rains like today, I have to think of ways to get my heart pumping for those 30-40 minutes. So today, I decided to walk my stairs. Not run, but walk up and down for 40 minutes.
