They come to me in search of that “miracle” pill or drink that will make them either shed fat off their body or take cravings away so they won’t eat foods that are bad for them.
The Key to good health and wellness is to balance your mind, heart and body into one. Your mind cannot conflict with your body, nor can your heart conflict with your mind.
In other words, you have to be positive in your journey toward good health. The moment you start to doubt your goals or negatively create excuses not to push forward, your journey will falter and your body will reflect it.
The mind and heart are powerful tools that can either help you or hinder you. Think positive of your journey toward good health. Surround yourself with people that will also contribute positively to your journey.
Remember, good health and wellness is not a destination but a life journey.
